The opportunity

Quality that deserves to be seen.

Bountiful Life already delivers the most important thing: meaningful, compassionate care. The next step is building an organization and market presence that fully reflect that quality.

This engagement connects the external promise with the internal reality—from a distinctive identity and trusted digital experience to clearer leadership, consistent communication, and scalable operating systems.

Build a Bountiful Life that continues to benefit from Garrick’s leadership, relationships, and vision without requiring every decision, answer, and action to pass through him.
What I heard—and what is already strong

Protect the character. Strengthen the company.

A deeply relational foundation

Bountiful Life’s care is personal, human, and rooted in genuine concern for families. Its early reviews reflect exceptional experiences and provide a strong foundation of trust.

A meaningful opportunity to mature

The brand, digital presence, reputation, and internal infrastructure now need to communicate the same quality Garrick and the team are already working to provide.

Momentum has already begun. Initial work on Bountiful Life’s positioning, color palette, typography, and logo direction gives us a practical starting point rather than a blank page.
The future we are building

One organization. One promise. One stronger system.

01

A trusted brand

A distinct identity and clear story that communicate warmth, dignity, capability, and quality of life at home.

02

A modern digital presence

A conversion-focused website that helps families, referral partners, and caregivers take the next step with confidence.

03

A reputation engine

A repeatable Google review and response system that turns exceptional care into visible local trust.

04

An equipped team

A secure team portal for documents, forms, training, policies, resources, and internal communication.

05

Clear leadership

Defined roles, decision rights, communication rhythms, and accountability across the organization.

06

Scalable execution

Practical SOPs, dashboards, and operating disciplines that translate good intentions into consistent performance.

Why this partnership is different

Advice grounded in the realities of ownership.

I am not advising Bountiful Life from the sidelines. I am actively building, leading, and operating a business of my own.

I understand the difference between an idea that sounds good in a meeting and a system that works when customers are waiting, employees need direction, priorities compete, and the owner is carrying too much.

My approach combines relationship-first communication, practical operating discipline, and mentorship. The goal is not simply to give Bountiful Life’s team more instructions. It is to strengthen their judgment, confidence, communication, and ownership so they become increasingly capable of leading alongside Garrick.

How we will work together

Relational in approach. Disciplined in execution.

We cannot control every result. We can control the quality of our thinking, the clarity of our priorities, the consistency of our effort, and the attitude we bring to the work. Those controllable behaviors create the conditions for better outcomes.

Build practicallyCreate tools and systems the team can actually use—not documents that sit on a shelf.
Equip peopleDevelop capability and confidence so progress becomes increasingly self-sustaining.

Alternative pathways

Reduced-scope options.

If the full transformation partnership is not the right starting point, these engagements preserve access to strategic guidance with narrower execution support.

Strategic counsel every other week, including prioritization, planning, and vendor alignment. Bountiful Life’s team or outside vendors will own implementation.

Executive Performance Coaching

$1,500 per month

The next step

Let’s build what Bountiful Life is becoming.

Garrick and Doug will meet to confirm the engagement path, refine any scope details, select the initial term, and establish a kickoff date. A short formal agreement will follow that conversation.
